The GMU800 is primarily used for machining aerospace components, typically working with materials like high-temperature alloys and titanium alloys—materials that are tougher and more challenging to cut compared to common aluminum alloys. These high-temperature alloys demand exceptional machining performance, posing a significant challenge to machine tool capabilities. However, the GMU800 boasts an exceptionally robust machine body, delivering both superior rigidity and precision, making it perfectly equipped to meet even the most demanding processing requirements from users.
The HMU-140U is a horizontal five-axis machining center developed with the goals of high rigidity, high speed, precision, and added value. It is widely used for multi-sided and five-axis simultaneous machining of complex parts in industries such as large-scale molds, automotive components, mechanical equipment, and civil aviation structural parts.
By clamping the workpiece once, multi-sided milling can be achieved, significantly reducing manufacturing time. Additionally, leveraging advanced tools and high-speed machining technology further cuts down on processing time.
