Featuring a gantry-style structural design, it is equipped with high-performance spindle technology and a highly rigid, high-torque gear-driven A/C swing table mechanism. This setup allows the machine to handle the immense torque and cutting forces generated during heavy milling, ensuring stable operation and exceptional precision—perfect for meeting the demands of high-speed, high-power applications.

The GMU800 series is one of the few five-axis machining centers currently available capable of heavy-duty milling. Featuring a gantry-style structural design, it is equipped with high-performance spindle technology and a highly rigid, high-torque gear-driven A/C swing table mechanism—enabling it to handle the immense torque and cutting forces involved in heavy milling while maintaining exceptional stability and precision. This ensures the machine meets the demanding requirements for both high speeds and substantial power output.

Highlights

(1) Independently developed a high-precision gear transmission system, complemented by a patented dual-stage backlash elimination technology that precisely removes transmission gaps, enabling high torque with minimal energy consumption.
(2) The workbench measures φ800mm, with a maximum load capacity of 1000 kg. It features X/Y/Z rapid traverse speeds of up to 40 m/min and a maximum cutting feed rate of 20 m/min, offering greater clamping space and an expanded machining range.
(3) The overall machine design incorporates finite element analysis and dynamic optimization to achieve exceptional rigidity, stability, and highly responsive dynamic performance.
(4) The 48T high-capacity tool magazine accommodates complex, long-cycle workpiece machining while reducing the frequency of manual tool changes, thereby boosting efficiency.
